Joshi’s political journey began during his college years as the Vice President of the Student Union at Government PG College, Chittorgarh. His leadership here laid the foundation for his future career in politics, where he focused on student welfare and unity. His years in student politics were instrumental in shaping his vision for governance and community service. His leadership skills were recognized early, and by 2000, he was elected as a Member of the Chittorgarh District Council.
During these years, Joshi’s involvement with ABVP intensified. As District Vice President and District President of Chittorgarh, he played a key role in strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots level. He worked to establish party units, booth committees, and outreach programs that connected the party to the local population. His work in these roles gave him a deeper understanding of governance, leading to his appointment as Up-Pradhan of the Bhadesar Panchayat Samiti in 2005, where he further demonstrated his administrative capabilities.
Joshi’s leadership abilities were further honed when he became the State President of BJYM. His work at the state level focused on building the party’s youth wing and increasing youth participation in politics. He also played a major role in organizing events, rallies, and campaigns that engaged the youth in the political process. His ability to connect with young people and inspire them to take action was a hallmark of his leadership during this period.
As a Member of Parliament from Chittorgarh, Joshi’s focus was on development, particularly in areas such as healthcare, education, agriculture, and infrastructure. His ability to balance legislative work with real-time development initiatives made him a highly respected figure in Parliament. His work on agricultural reforms, including securing compensation for farmers, restoring opium licenses, and enhancing road infrastructure, marked a pivotal point in his career.
Joshi’s political career took a new turn when he was re-elected in 2019 with a significant victory margin. His leadership within the BJP has been focused on strengthening the party’s structure, fostering collaboration within the state, and ensuring that the party’s message resonates with the people of Rajasthan. As the State President of BJP Rajasthan, he has worked tirelessly to ensure that the party remains united and effective in its outreach to the masses.
